Elvis Tribute Artist

from New Orleans, Louisiana, won his first Elvis Contest 5 years ago at a nightclub in Lafayette, Louisiana.  Since then, he has performed in many shows, contests, festivals, conventions, weddings, and many private functions throughout Louisiana and The United States.  

My shows consist of the
“Vegas Years”-”A Graceland Christmas”
 and the most recent
“SUPERSTARS IN CONCERT”
 A Vegas Tribute.” During the year, he helps with fundraisers for Big Brothers/ Big Sisters Lafayette Chapter, Diabetes Association, and Relay for Life.  He is married to a wonderful wife, Darlene, and he has 2 beautiful 4-year-old girl/boy twins Taylor, and Tyler, AKA “Baby Elvis.”
 Elvis’ unique talent on stage, in the recording studios, in the movies, and the giving of himself to his fans and those in need gave inspiration to millions.  
The great John Lennon said it best:

Parris is an experienced character actor, having performed in theatrical
productions for over 15 years. This experience, coupled with an uncanny
physical resemblance to the King of Rock 'N' Roll makes Parris a perfect
Elvis impersonator.

The illusion and spirit of Elvis captivates audience members through Parris'
outstanding showmanship. He has a sixth sense that points him exactly to the
right audience members to receive scarves or kisses from the "King". He manages
to touch just about everybody somehow, and never ignores the back of the room.
He is known to bring someone from the "cheap seats" in the back and bring them
to center stage and sing them a beautiful love song.

Parris' vocal similarity to Elvis is amazing.  His dedication to mastering all
aspects of Elvis such as his way of talking, moving and gestures are evident
during his tribute show! . It flows naturally and never appears rehearsed
or put on.

Parris specializes in Elvis during his Vegas years, and is so convincing that
the audience feels they have been magically transported to a time when Elvis
ruled the Vegas Strip. This highly entertaining show is appropriate for all
ages, and is certain to make an impact on your next event.
